What we do

We are a coaching and leadership development firm working with senior executives in multinational companies across China and APAC. We work one-on-one and in small peer cohorts.

We specialize in people working across cultures with an approach that blends leadership theory, human psychology, executive coaching and business expertise. We create an environment for you to think honestly, without agenda, and without the political weight that follows every other conversation in your week.

We do this because we believe people deserve to move faster from where they are to where they want to be.

Because we've seen what happens when capable leaders step into new roles, new cultures, new levels of responsibility, and are left to figure it out alone. Because operating across environments, especially between places as different as China and Europe, can be both an incredible opportunity and a deeply isolating experience.

We do this to create a space where you can think clearly again. To help you make better decisions when the stakes are high. To help you grow into the leader your role demands, and feel successful while doing it.

A note from the founder
I didn't even know coaching was an option, until I tried it.

Years ago, I worked with a coach for the first time almost by accident. I didn't go in with high expectations, I wasn't even sure what it was supposed to be. But I remember walking out of those conversations with a level of clarity I hadn't experienced before, both in business and in life. That experience stayed with me.

As I continued working across Europe and China, I kept meeting executives who were in similar positions, working in a culture different from their native one, with high expectations and pressure from HQ. The Clarity Company is my way of bringing that kind of space to more leaders, a place to think clearly again when it matters most.
